Understanding that the closet Campground with any space was a Twenty-Five Minute Drive North to Point Pleasant or a Thirty Minute drive South to Barboursville, WV. There a few campgrounds that others have built in the area that are very nice.
LRCC is a little different than the others.
LRCC is in Apple Grove, WV so you do not have to drive 30-45 minutes each way!
Even Better, we are in the country far from the noise of Highway traffic and Railroad lines.
John worked “On the Road” for almost Fifteen years and as he says, “When you work 10-14 hours Six Days a Week,all you want is a good nights sleep”.

At LRCC, we believe that camping should be comfortable and convenient.
All sites feature full hookups (30/50-amp electric, water, sewer and trash) with spacious gravel surfaced back-in sites which can accommodate up to 40-foot units with slide outs. Each Spot will have an area to accommodate fire rings and picnic tables. There is a larg

All sites feature full hookups (30/50-amp electric, water, sewer and trash) with spacious gravel surfaced back-in sites which can accommodate up to 40-foot units with slide outs. Each Spot will have an area to accommodate fire rings and picnic tables. There is a large area in which guest can park box trailers, utility trailers and boats.
LRCC also has onsite laundry area with six washers, six dryers, pool table, flat screen TV, seating and folding tables. (Use of this facility is at an additional price)
The Campground is situated on over 130 acres with riding & hiking trails, a stocked fishing pond and views that should be on a post card.
